• Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers or distributors
• Monitor stock levels, ensuring that all products are adequately displayed and stocked
• Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure competitive prices for customers
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities
• Visit stores regularly to monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
• Manage returns or merchandise exchanges as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
• Proven track record in retail merchandising or management
• Knowledge of merchandise selection, pricing strategies, and product display techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
