Merchandising Assistant (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$. As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and execution of effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

• Assist in creating and implementing merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Support in the development of visual merchandising concepts and presentations
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment based on market demand
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales data, product performance, and inventory levels
• Provide support during product launches, promotions, and events

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be willing to work on a contract basis without prior experience
