A reputable retail company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the visual appeal and organization of our store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and strategic manner to drive sales. You will work closely with the buying team to plan and execute product displays, promotions, and sales events.

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience
• Create attractive product displays that align with company branding standards
• Collaborate with buyers to plan product placements, promotions, and sales events
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of products
• Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
• Analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions on product placement and promotions
• Oversee the maintenance of store fixtures, displays, and signage
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, promotions, and display standards

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail management role
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and trends
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
