Merchandiser Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Merchandiser Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising and product placement for our company. Your main duties will include developing and implementing merchandising strategies, ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner and training and supervising a team of merchandisers.

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
• Oversee the placement of products within stores ensuring that they are visually appealing and well-stocked
• Train and supervise a team of merchandisers providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overages to management
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create eye-catching displays that promote brand awareness
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all products are displayed according to company standards
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
  
  Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of new products or promotional items
• Oversee product returns and exchanges ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and techniques
• Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations based on findings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Power Point
• Familiarity with inventory management systems preferred
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary 1400$ per month tax-free

Location Abu Dhabi UAE candidates from India preferred
