Job Purpose

To deliver a premium level of makeup artistry to customers in-store and during promotions and events, while suggesting and advising on products and techniques to support store sales.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Roles:

• Welcome customers for makeovers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products while delivering the service
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide personalized advice
• Promote cross-selling by recommending complementary products
• Build relationships with repeat customers and follow up on their makeup requirements
• Implement new makeup techniques based on training received from suppliers
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation within the beauty room/makeup studio
• Represent the brand at sponsored events (e.g., fashion shows) to enhance brand awareness
• Support store teams during promotions to drive sales and elevate brand image

Job Requirements

Education & Certification:

• High School / “O” Levels
• Additional qualifications in makeup artistry / cosmetology
• Trade Test certification
• Beauty Academy Certification (Levels 2 & 3 preferred)

Experience:

1–2 years of experience as a Make Up Artist
