Main Tasks and Responsibilities First Sales & Customer Service DutiesWelcome customers in a professional and friendly manner and understand their needs Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear frames lenses and accessories Provide clear product information recommendations and pricing details Promote ongoing offers packages and add-on products according to company policy Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service at all times
Second Operational Responsibilities Based on Company PolicyMaintain daily cleanliness and organization of the showroom and display areas Participate in receiving organizing and arranging merchandise including attaching barcodes and pricing Accurately enter sales data and invoices into the company s electronic system following training guidelines Issue invoices and process payments in accordance with company procedures Ensure the accuracy of daily financial entries and perform daily cash closing with full precision Comply with the company s Dress Code Policy including wearing the official uniform during working hours Adhere to shift schedules including arriving 15 minutes early for the morning shift for preparation Follow all company policies related to discipline appearance attendance and administrative instructions
