Operations Associate

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support and manage day-to-day operations across loyalty programs, payment solutions, retail operations, and customer experience
.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in payment terminal/POS management, retail operations, and customer‑facing processes
. Experience in loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or payment operations will be a strong advantage.

This role requires someone who is operationally strong, customer‑focused, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Manage day-to-day operations related to payment terminals/POS systems across retail locations.
• Coordinate payment terminal deployment, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement.
• Monitor terminal performance and ensure payment issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with payment service providers, vendors, retailers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support retail operations and ensure smooth execution of operational processes across stores/locations.
• Monitor customer and merchant issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Support customer experience initiatives by identifying operational gaps and improving customer-facing processes.
• Assist with the day‑to‑day administration and operations of loyalty programs and rewards platforms

• Support loyalty member/customer queries, rewards‑related issues, transactions, and operational escalations.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Track operational KPIs and identify areas for process improvement.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Handle escalations and follow up with relevant stakeholders until resolution.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, service standards, and operational guidelines.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in operations, retail operations, payments, customer experience, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with payment terminals/POS systems is highly preferred.
• Experience in retail operations and managing operational activities across multiple locations.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and drive them to resolution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and operational reporting tools.

• Experience working with loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or customer loyalty operations
  .
• Experience in payments, payment gateways, merchant operations, or payment service providers
  .
• Experience working with retail technology, POS platforms, or payment infrastructure.
• Exposure to loyalty transactions, rewards management, customer engagement, or redemption processes.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• This is an on‑site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
  .
• Candidates should be comfortable travelling to retail locations/business sites as required.
