We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Merchandiser to support product visibility, availability, merchandising standards, and sales growth across assigned retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned retail outlets as per the planned route.
- Ensure proper product display, shelf placement, visibility, and availability
. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Implement planograms, promotional displays, and merchandising guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Support sales activities and identify opportunities to increase product movement.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, displays, and market activity.
- Check product expiry dates, damaged stock, and merchandising compliance.
- Maintain accurate daily visit, stock, sales, and competitor reports.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and distribution teams for stock availability.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales and merchandising targets.
- Good understanding of retail operations and merchandising standards.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail outlets.
- Target-oriented with good sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- UAE retail / FMCG market experience is an advantage.
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred where the role involves multiple store visits.
