Merchandiser, Retail

Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and trends and make recommendations for product assortment

• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels identifying slow-moving products and making recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and promote sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences and make recommendations for product assortment
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitive pricing
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing for products
• Ensure all products are accurately priced labeled and stocked on shelves
• Monitor sales performance of products and make recommendations for promotions or markdowns as needed
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors while actively seeking out new suppliers to diversify product offerings

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior

• Salary 1400$ per month
