Marbeliz is a luxury fashion brand specializing in high-end dresses. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are dedicated to offering clients a curated selection of affordable to luxury dresses, paired with an elevated shopping experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a personalized, professional, and friendly approach.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations.
• Drive sales by effectively showcasing product features and benefits, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation, ensuring displays are visually appealing and merchandise is beautifully showcased.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Support store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, shipments, and transfers.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, supportive, and goal-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and reliability in attendance.

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (luxury fashion preferred).
• Fluent in English
• Russian or Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Immediate availability is required.
