Entry-Level Merchandiser

We are searching for an enthusiastic and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi As an entry-level position no prior experience is required making this a great opportunity for freshers to start their career in the field of merchandising

• Work closely with the merchandising team to create appealing product displays that promote sales
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
• Monitor and analyze sales performance of products and make recommendations for improvements
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising guidelines are being followed
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with current trends and customer preferences
• Assist in setting up new product displays and maintaining visual standards within the store

• High school diploma or equivalent degree in business or marketing is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic proficiency is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles
• Flexibility to work on weekends or during peak shopping seasons

$900 per month tax-free plus performance-based bonuses

This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance

This role is based in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
