Sales Supervisor

Reporting To: Store Manager / Retail Operations Manager

Experience: 1–3 years in Retail Sales, preferably Apparel/Fashion Retail

Language: Arabic – Mandatory | English – Required

We are looking for a professional, confident, and well-presented Sales Lady to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills, a good understanding of fashion retail, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Maintain proper product display, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Keep products organized and ensure stock is properly handled.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product transfers when required.
• Process sales and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and store standards.
• Support daily opening and closing activities as required.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales;
  apparel/fashion experience is preferred
  .
• Previous UAE retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident.
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and promotional periods.
