Role Context The Sales Assistant serves as a direct point of contact for Toys R Us customers, combining sales responsibilities with customer assistance and day-to-day store operations. Success in the position depends on creating a positive first impression, understanding customer needs, providing useful product information, and completing transactions efficiently. The role also requires consistent attention to store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, and established service standards.
