Role Context The Sales Assistant supports the complete in-store customer journey, from the initial greeting through product assistance, fitting room support, checkout, and departure. The position requires active customer engagement alongside practical retail operations. Maintaining product knowledge, responding quickly to customer needs, supporting additional sales opportunities, and keeping the store organized are important parts of daily performance.
