The Sales Assistant contributes directly to store performance by welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant product information, and supporting purchasing decisions. Alongside customer-facing responsibilities, the role includes operational duties that keep the store clean, organized, visually appealing, and ready for customers. The Sales Assistant will also complete tasks assigned by the store management team as part of normal retail operations.
