Junior Operations - Fashion Retail

We are looking for an organised, proactive Junior Operations Coordinator to support daily fashion retail operations, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and assist with order fulfilment.

• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Receive deliveries and check quantities, sizes, colours, and product condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organise the stockroom.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams.
• Support online order preparation, packaging, dispatch, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure products are correctly tagged, priced, and ready for sale.
• Prepare basic stock and delivery reports.
• Support store launches, events, and other activities when required.

• 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory, logistics, or a similar role; fashion retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Excel, inventory systems, and retail software.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to support hands‑on store and stockroom tasks.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Availability to work retail shifts, including weekends.
