Assistant Retail Manager – Toy Station

Toy Station is one of the fastest-growing toy retail chains in the UAE, offering a wide selection of toys, collectibles, educational products, and family entertainment items from leading international brands.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Retail Manager to support daily store operations, lead retail teams, and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

• Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations of multiple stores.
• Supervise store managers and sales teams to ensure company standards are maintained.
• Monitor sales performance and work with stores to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stores are well presented.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and mall requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and special events.

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience supervising multiple retail locations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
• Good understanding of KPIs, inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with retail POS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
• Russian or Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
