Sales Assistant - IKEA Market Hall

Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support IKEA store operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, generating sales and maintaining an attractive, organized shopping environment, particularly within the IKEA Market Hall. As a Sales Assistant, you will welcome customers, provide relevant product information, arrange merchandise and complete daily store activities assigned by the Shopkeeper.

You will also contribute to weekly sales targets, participate in inventory activities and help maintain IKEA 's store standards. The successful candidate will have at least one year of retail sales experience, effective communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers, colleagues and the IKEA brand. This position requires the physical ability to lift and arrange stock products and remain standing for a minimum of eight hours in a busy retail environment.
