We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our team at Burberry Dubai Mall. In this role, you will create meaningful and lasting relationships with clients, delivering a personalised luxury experience that reflects the craftsmanship, creativity and heritage of the Burberry brand. As a key ambassador for Burberry, you will combine exceptional client engagement with commercial awareness to drive sales performance and customer loyalty.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, creating a personalised and elevated shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through expert product knowledge, styling advice and client engagement.
• Cultivate a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship building.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Burberry products, collections and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with the wider store team to deliver operational excellence and maintain luxury retail standards.
• Contribute to an inclusive and welcoming store environment that reflects Burberry’s values and commitment to service excellence.

• Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
• Passion for fashion, luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Commercially aware with confidence in achieving sales and service objectives.
• Alongside Arabic/English languages, additional language skills such as Russian or Mandarin would be advantageous
