Visit supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets to merchandise tissue products such as facial tissues, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, and paper napkins.
Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and stocked on shelves according to company merchandising standards.
Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and coordinate with store staff to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Maintain attractive product displays, shelf visibility, and product placement to increase sales.
Check product pricing, promotional offers, expiry or packaging damage, and shelf labels where applicable.
Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and shelf placement.
Prepare daily store visit reports, stock updates, and merchandising activity reports.
Support promotional campaigns and ensure company products receive adequate shelf space.
Achieve assigned merchandising targets and complete scheduled store visits.
Previous experience as a Sales Merchandiser or Merchandiser, preferably in FMCG, tissue products, paper products, or household consumables.
Experience handling supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, or other retail outlets.
Good understanding of shelf arrangement, stock replenishment, product visibility, and promotional displays.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
