E-commerce & Operations Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Assistant to support our online retail operations. The successful candidate will assist in managing our e-commerce platform, customer communications, inventory coordination, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and management of the Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Upload and update product information, including descriptions, pricing, sizes, colors, and images.
• Process and monitor customer orders, inventory levels, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Respond to customer inquiries through approved communication channels, including email and social media platforms.
• Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling and publishing content.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Support daily business operations and contribute to process improvements where appropriate.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital commerce operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Canva is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the fashion, apparel, or retail industry is an advantage.
