Your Tasks- handle incoming client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process.
- monitor and track the progress of sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team.
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance.
- support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents and contracts.
- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of training programs.
- Academic qualification:
Bachelor’s in business, admin or relevant field. - Experience:
1-3 years in sales or sales support. - Experience in the UAE is preferable.
- Good proficiency in MS Office products.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer‑focused with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data.
