Sales Coordinator (inhouse) - Academy - Abu Dhabi 1

Your Tasks
  • handle incoming client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process.
  • monitor and track the progress of sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance.
  • support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents and contracts.
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of training programs.
Your Qualifications
  • Academic qualification:
    Bachelor’s in business, admin or relevant field.
  • Experience:

    1-3 years in sales or sales support.
  • Experience in the UAE is preferable.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office products.
Your Skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer‑focused with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data.
