Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to develop and implement sales strategies that expand digital assessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the UAE's education community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand digital assessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.
  • Work closely with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to align product offerings with client requirements and market needs.
  • Identify and generate leads from outreach, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, and digital communication channels targeted towards the education sector in the UAE.
  • Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and utilize CRM tools effectively to provide timely sales forecasts.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CLIENT SATISFACTION AND RETENTION.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales/account management experience within the education technology sector.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding and existing relationships within the UAE's education community.
  • Experience in promoting or selling digital assessment, learning management systems, and EdTech solutions.
  • Proven success record in identifying and closing deals effectively.
  • Documented sales achievements (meeting/exceeding targets consistently).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
