Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow their IT services portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, a proven ability to manage client relationships, and the drive to build and execute effective sales strategies that deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IT services and solutions across the Abu Dhabi market.
- Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with business targets.
- Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and presales teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, and technology‑driven offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
