OverviewAs a Senior Account Manager at Inception, you will be at the forefront of managing and nurturing client relationships to drive the adoption and success of our AI products and solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value through Inception’s cutting‑edge AI offerings. Your ability to build strong client partnerships and coordinate across internal teams will be instrumental in achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple accounts, ensuring strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Deeply understand Inception’s AI products and solutions, articulating their value and aligning them with client needs.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth for AI products and solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve any challenges.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client satisfaction and business goals for AI solutions.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring clients are set up for success with Inception’s AI offerings.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance service delivery.
- Handle contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client value and achieving growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales or account growth targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
