Regional Sales Manager Defense and Security Solutions

- This is a regional MEA role. The selected candidate may be based in UAE, KSA, or any MEA location aligned with our entity footprint.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned countries in middle East in Defense & Security market.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with government entities, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including solutions presentation, opportunity forecasting, pricing proposals, tender response coordination, contract negotiation and sales handover presentations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement authorities, technical and financial decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer requirements to internal teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs and support solution positioning.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events across the region.
- Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies.
