Sales Manager - Upstream Solutions

Sales Manager – Upstream Solutions – Euro Mechanical is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead and grow our upstream business in the UAE.

• Lead the sales team to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC and other major oil & gas clients.
• Identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and independently close deals.
• Promote upstream technologies and services within the UAE market.
• Conduct technical and commercial presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical sales support and ensure customer satisfaction post-delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales workflows and processes.
• Manage receivables, invoicing, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geoscience (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in the Oil & Gas – Upstream service sector.
• At least 5 years of experience with ADNOC or other major UAE oil companies.
• Strong understanding of the upstream business cycle.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• CRM system proficiency and strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
