We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development cum Sales Manager with strong expertise in welding accessories. The ideal candidate will have an established network across the region industries and a proven track record in achieving sales growth. This role requires a proactive, self‑motivated professional with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the regional market
• Promote and sell welding accessories and related products to industrial clients
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
• Conduct regular market visits across the region to generate leads and monitor competitor activity
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support
• Provide market feedback and insights to management
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events

• Minimum 7+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in welding accessories in the Middle East
• Strong client network across the regional industries is essential
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self‑driven, result‑oriented, and proactive “go‑getter” attitude
• Valid Driving License is mandatory
• Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month

The selected candidate will be employed on the payroll of a distributor and will work exclusively on the sales and business development of welding‑related products.
