Overview of the roleStrategic planning, implementation, introduction and maximization of sales and distribution of Genuine OEM and independent aftermarket/OES parts, tyres and batteries. Direct business operations of parts trade and distribution hubs across the UAE, drive and achieve departmental financial and profitability targets, improve market share within the UAE.
What you will do Sales Operations- Create sales strategy for Al‑Futtaim Automotive Trade Counter B2B parts (OEM & OES aftermarket parts, batteries and Tyres)
- Maximise revenue potential from B2B operations to meet sales performance objectives
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Work closely with aftermarket parts, tyres and battery teams to develop range and coverage of all parts
- Suggest and identify areas of opportunity
- Focus on driving performance through the trade network
- Participate in various projects, groups and committees
- Identify projects that improve and benefit overall B2B parts business
- Deliver against people strategy, maintain positive associate engagement
- Develop and implement long‑term sales and operations strategic goals and objectives to meet business and growth objectives
- Maintain professional service by establishing and enforcing organization and quality standards
- Ensure products/services meet expected standards and optimize delivery
- Set output KPIs that measure success, quality and effectiveness of service delivery; specifically whether agreed SLA standards are achieved
- Managing parts sales businesses and network of key accounts
- Automotive industry knowledge, expertise and experience in parts sales business
- Superior leadership skills, work well with the team, ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong business acumen to manage the business
- Ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 10 years in automotive industry, with at least 5 years at senior management level in parts sales activities
- Independent parts market experience is a benefit
