Admin & Sales Executive
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management to ensure a seamless workflow. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs and objectives. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions to optimize sales efforts.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in administrative support and sales coordination roles. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
