Business Development Executive

Identify and develop new business opportunities for strong pest control, general maintenance, cleaning related services strong across Abu Dhabi Generate leads through cold calling site visits referrals networking online inquiries and direct client meetings Approach residential commercial office restaurant retail property management and facility management clients Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations technical team for site inspections and service assessments Prepare and submit quotations proposals service agreements and contract renewal offers Follow up on quotations and enquiries until conversion Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business upselling and contract renewals Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets Maintain an updated sales pipeline lead tracker quotation status and client follow-up records Negotiate commercial terms within company-approved pricing and policies Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for service commencement invoicing payment follow-up and customer requirements Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Abu Dhabi pest control and maintenance market Submit daily weekly sales activity and performance reports to management 1-2 years of UAE sales/business development experience preferred.

Previous experience in pest control, general maintenance, cleaning, facility management, MEP, technical services, or similar service industries will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE market and ability to develop new B2B and B2C clients.

Proven ability to generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, CRM, and sales reporting.

Candidates with an existing client network in Abu Dhabi will be given preference.

Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with pest control contracts, AMC contracts, maintenance services, and commercial service quotations is an advantage.
