Sales Executive – Facilities Management

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced strong Sales Executive Facilities Management strong to join our team in Abu Dhabi The ideal candidate should have strong strong B2B sales and business development experience within the UAE Facilities Management industry strong with a proven ability to generate leads acquire new clients and close FM service contracts

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE FM market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strong corporate clients property managers developers consultants and contractors strong
• Promote Facilities Management services including strong MEP HVAC cleaning maintenance and soft services strong
• Conduct client meetings cold calls networking and regular site visits
• Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from strong prospecting to contract closure strong
• Prepare and present quotations proposals and commercial offers
• Negotiate with clients and close new business deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM client database
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for smooth contract handover
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and new business opportunities
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field strong 3 5 years of UAE sales experience strong preferably within Facilities Management MEP maintenance or cleaning services Strong strong B2B sales and business development strong experience Good understanding of UAE FM services and market Proven track record in strong lead generation client acquisition negotiation and closing deals strong Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets strong Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory strong UAE market client network will be an advantage
