Field Sales & Merchandising Representative; short

- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets and workshops across assigned locations
- Execute POSM placement posters danglers buntings in line with brand guidelines
- Follow and implement planograms to ensure proper product visibility
- Maintain and monitor in-store branding standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store workshop staff
- Support sales activities by promoting products and identifying opportunities
- Ensure consistent brand presence and visibility across all locations
- Provide feedback from the field on customer preferences competition and product performance
- Manage day-to-day field operations including route planning and timely store visits
- Share regular updates reports on visits placements and sales support activities
- Proven field merchandising experience (mandatory)
- Good understanding of POSM execution and retail standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably with experience or knowledge in automotive oils and lubricants
- Background in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client interaction
