Sales ManagerLEADERSHIP
Reports to: CEO
Department: Sales
Direct reports: Account Executives ×2,Marketing Coordinator
Location: Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi (with extensive client travel across UAE)
Role summaryOwns the top of the funnel andthe conversion to signed contracts. Builds and protects the client book. Thebridge between commercial opportunity and operational delivery.
Key responsibilities- Own the sales pipeline; reportweekly to the CEO.
- Personally manage top-tieraccounts and key new business pursuits.
- Coach Account Executives onquoting, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Set quote standards; ensure allquotes go out within 48 hours of brief.
- Own the CRM as the system ofrecord for opportunities and accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing on case studies, content, and trade events (e.g. INDEX, Hotel Show, GITEX).
- Coordinate with the COO and HODson quoting accuracy and feasibility.
- Build relationships with key UAEbuyers: hotel banquet teams, corporate event managers, agencies, governmentevent offices, ADNEC, DWTC.
- 5+ years in AVL / events sales oraccount management, ideally in UAE.
- Strong technical literacy; canspeak credibly with a producer or technical director.
- Track record of closing six- andseven-figure accounts.
- CRM-disciplined (Salesforce,Hub Spot, or rental software CRM modules).
- Strong network in UAE corporate,hospitality, and government event ecosystems preferred.
- Arabic language an advantage.
