Sales Officer - International - UAE Nationals

We're looking for ambitious UAE Nationals to join our Commercial team as Sales Officers, with the drive to learn, grow and build a long-term career with Etihad.

This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and other Commercial functions, and take on international assignments and work across different markets as your career develops.

As we grow to more than 200 aircraft and 125+ destinations, you'll be part of a global airline with the ambition, standards and opportunities to match your own.

Please note: The successful candidate will be required to relocate abroad (destination country will be confirmed later). Relocation support will be provided, and additional information will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Your role

• Support Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and wider Commercial teams, gaining hands‑on experience across different areas of the business.
• Support sales initiatives, market analysis, customer engagement and commercial projects, building a strong understanding of our business and customers.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working across teams to deliver commercial priorities and projects.
• Complete an international assignment, gaining first‑hand experience of working in a different market and broadening your commercial perspective.
• Take ownership of your development, showing curiosity, adaptability and the potential to grow into future Commercial leadership roles.

Requirements

• UAE National (Family Book holder).
• Fresh graduate or professional with up to three years of experience.
• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Open to international opportunities and willing to relocate globally.
• Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in Commercial.
