- Promote and sell leading bank credit cards and personal loan products
- Generate new customers through outdoor sales referrals leads and direct marketing
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer enquiries and explain product benefits eligibility and documentation
- Collect and verify customer documents and ensure accurate application submission
- Follow up on applications until approval and card issuance disbursement
- Maintain daily sales activity and pipeline reports
- Minimum 6 months–1 year banking/financial sales experience preferred
- UAE DSA / Credit Card / Personal Loan sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and customer acquisition
- Candidates with UAE banking sales, DSA, telesales or outdoor sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Freshers with strong sales potential may also be considered
