Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE
- Minimum 1 to 2 years proven experience in retail sales
- preferably in luxury fashion accessories or fragrance retail
- Strong understanding of sales techniques
- customer profiling and upselling
- Confident communicator in English with excellent presentation skills
- Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers
- Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets
- Basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
- High school diploma or higher
- AED 2 350 during probation and AED 2 500 after probation
