We are looking for a Retail Sales Person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales results. In this role you will guide customers through our range of products, understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from purchase to after-sales service.

• Welcome and engage customers, understand their requirements and provide professional product recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, functionality, and usage.
• Educate customers on La-Z-Boy product quality specifications, features, warranties, and care requirements.
• Recommend products and solutions best suited to customers' needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Respond confidently to customer enquiries and provide the information needed to support purchasing decisions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, up-selling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Stay up to date on new product launches, promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Ensure promotional offers, pricing, and product information are accurate and aligned with company standards.
• Calculate selling prices and discounts accurately and maintain complete sales records.
• Process cash, card, and other customer payments and ensure invoices and receipts are correctly generated.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, resolving them where possible or escalating when required.
• Follow all after-sales procedures, including repair, return, and warranty policies.
• Support store merchandising by maintaining attractive product displays and appropriate product placement.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, housekeeping, and personal grooming at all times.

• High School Diploma or relevant qualification.
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home furnishings, lifestyle, or a premium retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented approach to sales.
• Strong product presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual sales performance.
