Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Visa Executive to manage global visa applications including Schengen UK US Australia Japan New Zealand China and Canada
Responsibilities- Handle client enquiries advise quote and follow up
- Handle end-to-end visa applications for Schengen UK US Australia Japan New Zealand China Canada
- Advise clients on eligibility documentation and requirements
- Prepare and review visa forms cover letters and supporting documents
- Manage appointments with consulates visa centres
- Coordinate with operations for ticketing insurance and travel packages
- Ensure compliance with latest embassy guidelines
- Growth opportunities with a premium UAE travel agency
- Exposure to corporate and individual clients across major destinations
- Minimum 2 year experience in Global Visa Handling (Schengen & UK mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication
- Must be currently based in UAE
