Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi As a Contract Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets through effective management of the sales team and building strong relationships with clients

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Manage train and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products services to clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
