Elevator & Escalator (Lift) Inspection Sales – EIAC/ENAS

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

EIAC/ENAS scheme awareness (advantageous)

EIAC and ENAS accredited inspection requirements for lifts, escalators and moving walkways; elevator systems, safety codes and technical requirements

5+ years in technical sales, preferably in elevators, vertical transportation or inspection/testing services, with an existing client base among facility managers and developers

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve departmental revenue targets for elevator inspection, testing, certification and lifecycle services
• Leverage an existing client base and identify new business opportunities with building owners, facility managers, contractors, developers and government entities
• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and quotations, and follow up on collection
• Participate in tenders and lead contract negotiations with clients
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility of forecasted revenue
• Collaborate with Inspection Engineers to tailor service offerings to client needs
• Coordinate with the Technical and Operations teams to ensure proposals and scopes meet client requirements
• Support account planning and growth strategy for facility management and developer accounts

• Strong understanding of EIAC and ENAS accreditation requirements for elevator, escalator and lift inspections
• Sound knowledge of elevator systems, safety codes and technical requirements, with the ability to explain compliance requirements to clients
• Existing network among facility managers, developers, contractors and asset owners in the UAE
• Proven track record in technical sales and business development, including proposals, quotations and tender documents

• Strong MS Office skills
• Valid UAE driving license for client and site visits

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for sales targets
• High resilience and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Clear communication and stakeholder management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the elevator segment
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through client visits, presentations and follow-ups
• Support clients in ensuring elevators meet safety regulations
• Represent Bureau Veritas professionally in client engagements and contribute to marketing initiatives and industry events

• Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory changes in the elevator industry
• Pursue relevant sales/business development certifications

• Sales / revenue target achievement

• Pipeline value and forecast accuracy
• Tender win rate and collections performance
