Automotive Service Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business for automotive service maintenance and repair
• Generate retail corporate and fleet customers
• Identify and approach companies fleet operators and potential business partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Promote service packages preventive maintenance programs and workshop campaigns
• Follow up on leads enquiries quotations and business opportunities
• Conduct market visits and actively identify new customers
• Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop management to ensure customer requirements are effectively handled
• Support digital and social media marketing activities when required

• Experience in automotive aftersales, service marketing, sales, or business development
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive service market
• Experience developing corporate and fleet accounts will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
• Previous Bosch Car Service experience or familiarity with Bosch workshop standards will be an added
