- Represent eyouth as a senior leader across the UAE market.
- Lead business development activities and drive revenue growth across the UAE.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with government entities, corporates, universities, and other organizations.
- Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships, commercial agreements, and key accounts.
- Convert relationships and market intelligence into tangible business opportunities.
- Own key client and partner relationships from initial engagement through to successful delivery.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with government entities and senior decision-makers.
- Identify government programs, initiatives, and national priorities where eYouth can create value.
- Represent eYouth in government meetings, conferences, forums, and strategic events.
- Develop a strong stakeholder map across relevant UAE ecosystems.
- Strengthen eYouth's institutional relationships and market credibility.
- Develop strategic relationships with leading UAE corporates and universities.
- Identify opportunities related to youth development, employability, training, career development, and future skills.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships that create both social and commercial impact.
- Ensure strong relationship management across key accounts and partners.
- Translate market strategy into clear objectives, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Monitor country performance against revenue, pipeline, partnership, and growth targets.
- Provide regular market and business updates to the CEO.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of UAE projects and partnerships.
- Contribute to pricing, go-to-market, and market expansion decisions.
- Build and lead the UAE team as the market grows.
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on ownership, growth, and client impact.
- Coordinate with eYouth's regional teams and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
- UAE National / Emirati.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business, government, education, or community ecosystem.
- Strong professional network across government, corporates, universities, or strategic organizations.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong business development and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership.
- Willingness to represent eYouth at high-level meetings and events across the UAE.
