Looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support the growth of our healthcare and aesthetic services in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments and treatments.
- Promote aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, and healthcare services.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up leads from Whats App, phone, social media, and other channels.
- Develop corporate and community partnerships.
- Conduct external visits and business development activities.
- Promote treatment packages, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
- Support patient retention and rebooking.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Clinic Manager and clinical team.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Healthcare, aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, or medical facility experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, lead conversion, and closing skills.
- Experience with lead generation and patient acquisition.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Good English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
