Administrative Assistant

Serve as the on-site focal point supporting learners and trainers at the assigned location, resolving day-to-day operational issues and providing regular reports to the Operations team.

This role supports our training programs in one of many UAE locations:
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah.

Temporary / Part-time position.

• Act as the on-site point of contact for learners and trainers at the assigned location
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues on site, escalating to the Operations team where needed
• Provide regular reports to the Operations team on site status and issues encountered
• Support classroom readiness and coordinate with trainers on immediate on-site needs
• Ensure learners have the support they need to stay engaged and attend

• Diploma or equivalent, mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision
• Reliable and organized, comfortable managing multiple day-to-day tasks
• Basic computer literacy (email, reporting tools).

• Arabic:
  Native or fluent proficiency (written and spoken), mandatory.
