Sales Account Executive - UAE National

Sales Account Executive, will play a role in building and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide customized solutions to meet their goals.

Key Activities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Work proactively to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and goals.
• Propose tailored solutions that align with client objectives and contribute to mutual success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Present solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing their unique requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Address any concerns or objections, working towards successful contract closure.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering

Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in sales.
