This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales professional will welcome and engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate bullion and jewellery products. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, explaining pricing and certifications, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves processing sales transactions, maintaining displays, monitoring stock levels, and supporting merchandising activities.
The Sales professional will also follow company procedures, contribute to achieving sales targets, and uphold brand standards for professionalism and trust.
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, including clear spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling and meeting sales targets ethically.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash, documentation, and product information.
- Candidates should possess an understanding or willingness to learn about gold, bullion, and jewellery products, including purity and certification standards.
- Candidates should possess reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, appropriate appearance, and adherence to company policies.
- Previous experience in retail, jewellery, or financial products sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, sales, or related fields is an advantage.
