Sales Manager - Indian Nationals
We are a leading company in Abu Dhabi and we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager from India to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be able to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives. This job is suitable for men who are looking for an opportunity to work in Abu Dhabi with visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and create partnerships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Present sales reports and progress updates to senior management
- Provide training and support to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
