We are looking for an experienced Merchant Acquiring / POS Sales professional with a strong background in SME merchant acquisition, POS terminals, BNPL solutions, card payments, and digital payment services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire SME merchants for POS terminals, BNPL solutions, merchant acquiring, and card payment services.
- Drive sales of POS machines, digital payment solutions, and merchant acquiring products.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, restaurants, SMEs, and other businesses to generate new leads.
- Manage the complete merchant onboarding process, including documentation and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME merchants and business owners.
- Monitor merchant activity and support POS and BNPL activation.
- Achieve monthly merchant acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for POS installation, technical support, and issue resolution.
- Provide merchants with guidance and training on POS systems, BNPL services, and payment solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Merchant Acquiring, POS Acquiring, BNPL Sales, Payment Solutions, or SME Banking
. - Strong experience in field sales and merchant acquisition.
- Good knowledge of POS terminals, card payments, digital payments, and merchant onboarding.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build an SME merchant portfolio.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven field-sales environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days preferred.
