Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant

VIP Brokerage, a Top 10 Abu Dhabi real estate brokerage, is hiring experienced Real Estate Consultants, Property Advisors and Off Plan Specialists to handle off plan and secondary/resale transactions for buyers.

• Convert qualified company leads into successful resale transactions
• Handle buyers, sellers and property owners
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and viewings
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from enquiry to closing
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up consistently
• Maintain accurate activity and client records in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Minimum 2 year of UAE secondary/resale sales experience
• Proven record of closed property transactions
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi resale market
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
• English required;
  Arabic, Chinese/Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish highly valued
